Woodsmith Oak Sofa Table Plan
This beautiful sofa table is constructed of solid quartersawn oak, typical of Mission (or Craftsman-style) furniture. Simple Z-shaped table top fasteners attach the top and shelf to the stretchers and allow the solid panels to expand and contract with seasonal changes in humidity. A light cherry stain topped with two coats of oil and urethane protect the table. Finally, a coat of paste wax is buffed to a satin sheen and this table is ready for an honored place in your home.
