Q: My credit card has expired, how can I update it?
A: You can either contact our Customer Service Department at 440-238-1918 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm EST or click here to update your credit card online.
Q: I see that a OneTimeTool has been retired, do you still have any available?
A: Depending on how long ago the tool retired we may have some in stock for sale. Contact us at 440-238-1918 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm EST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if the tool is still available.
Q: Is there any special care that I need to take for the Woodpecker Tools I have?
A: The biggest thing you want to avoid is leaving the red anodized tools out in the sun for extended periods of time as the sun's UV rays can discolor the anodizing, turning the tool pink. This does not affect the use of the tool, only its appearance.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns for a full refund are honored within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging as well as any additional packaging necessary to protect from shipping damage. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns on videos, books or cutting tools. Returns after 30 days but less than 90 days will incur a 15% restocking charge. No returns after 90 days.
Q: I lost my manual for my tool, how do I get another one?
A: We offer all our manuals for our products on our website. If you click on the product you need the manual for and then scroll down to “Additional Information” there will be a link for the manual for your tool.
