Levelers ensure that the stand stays flat on the floor and doesn’t wobble while you’re turning. But the best part is, you can add even more mass by removing the center panel and stacking concrete paver blocks inside. This added weight means you’ll get better results with your turning project. The lathe stand also has plenty of storage space for accessories and turning blanks. And if you have an extension for the lathe, there’s a matching stand for that, too. All in all, it’s a simple build that has big benefits for your turning projects.
