Woodpeckers Phenolic Router Table Tops, combined with one of our lifts or plates, create an unrivaled mounting system for your router. Phenolic is impervious to temperature and humidity changes, has a very low-friction surface, starts flat and stays flat. The fence mounting grooves, miter gauge slot and featherboard mounting slot are machined directly into the 3/4" thick solid phenolic, using state-of-the-art CNC machining centers. This direct approach removes less material and creates lower friction grooves than adding in aluminum track. We make the tops in two sizes, 24" x 32" (actual 23-1/2" x 31-1/2") and 27" x 43" (actual 26.95" x 43").

Each table is drilled and tapped for quick attachment to our router table stands. The router plate openings are 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" x 3/8" deep with 3/4" radius corners, making our tables compatible with most standard router mounting plates and lifts on the market (in addition to our own). The opening is offset from the front edge of the 24" x 32" table by 13" and by 16-1/2" on the 27" x 43" table. In both cases you'll have plenty of room for maneuvering raised panels, case work, molding and any other routing projects. Made in U.S.A
