SEMBLE™ MD Parallel Jaw Clamps
When you’re ready for better, reach for Semble™.
The sliding jaw of the SEMBLE Parallel Jaw Clamp won’t free fall when used (or carried) vertically. Push the handle slightly toward the rail to move it toward the fixed jaw. Pull it slightly away from the rail to slide it away from the fixed jaw. In the center, it stays just where you put it. The wide footprint of both fixed and sliding jaws provide a stable base for the clamps on your bench.
Instead of dimpling the end of the rail and making the sliding jaw a permanent fixture, SEMBLE uses a removable stop. Now you can remove the sliding jaw, reverse it, and use the clamp as a spreader. These clamps can exert over 1,000 lbs. of force, either in or out. The pads are 1-7/8” wide by 5-1/4” long with a 3-1/2" throat depth. The rail is zinc-coated. That means glue squeeze-out pops right off after it dries and the bar resists corrosion, even in basement shops.
The contoured handle gives a powerful non-slip grip. Replaceable pressure caps protect delicate surfaces, repel glue and resist paint and solvents. Two snap-on plastic standoffs keep your work 1/8″ above the rail to avoid stains from the interaction between steel, wood, and glue.
Available in 12”, 24”, and 40” clamping capacity. Sold in pairs.
