Ridge Carbide 10” X 40T Thin-Kerf Combination Blade

Upgrade your woodworking precision with the Ridge Carbide TS21040TK-5/8 10" 40-Tooth Super Combination Blade—engineered for glass-smooth, splinter-free results in solid wood, plywood, veneered panels, and composites.

This blade features a +15° Alternate Raker Grind (4+1), where every fifth tooth acts as a lower-profile flat raker. This design keeps the blade cutting straight while producing perfectly flat-bottom kerfs, fast ripping performance, and exceptionally clean crosscuts. Whether you're working with hardwoods, softwoods, or sheet goods, the AR grind delivers razor-sharp, tear-free cuts on every pass.

Built with C-4 micro-grain carbide teeth that are one-third larger than competing premium brands, the TS21040TK offers 20–25 sharpenings, extending both performance and value. Each tooth is polished to a 1200-grit micro finish, producing cuts so smooth they require minimal sanding.

The blade’s fully hardened, hand-tensioned tool steel body ensures stability, flatness, and true running accuracy. Precision-cut expansion slots minimize vibration, reduce heat buildup, and lower noise—giving you a quieter, cooler, and more accurate cut.

Proudly Made in the USA, Ridge Carbide blades have earned top industry awards including Top Tool, Editors Choice, Best Overall, and Best Quality Cut. When you want unmatched precision, durability, and finish quality, this combination blade sets the standard.
