Quilted Maple Billets
These Quilted Maple Billets are one of a kind. We found a supplier in the Pacific Northwest that caters to musical instrument makers. We wrestled a modest supply of the B-grade material from them and are making it available for sale. The billets are a minimum of 2” thick, 6” wide, and 22” long. These are considered B-grade and due to bark inclusions. These are not considered a defect, but they’re not right for a musical instrument.
