When We Say “Quick-Jig”, We Mean Really Quick. Woodpecker’s latest OneTime Tool is so quick and easy to use you don’t even need to clamp, nail or screw it in place. Designed for safe use on a router table, you can literally hold the jig in perfect position with one hand while you guide your work along with the other. You see, both sides of the jig have registration blocks that seat perfectly to the edges of your board, no alignment required.
Get A Perfect Radius Every Time. Because our Corner Radius Quick-Jigs are meticulously machined to exacting tolerances, you’ll produce perfect radius corners on your projects free of unwanted “steps” and less than perfect radii. And you’ll appreciate the inside corners we feature at the beginning and end of the template that guide the router bit away from the work to avoid burning the wood. Our jigs are machined from a solid block of aluminum, anodized for protection and laser engraved. These jigs are made one-at-a-time, not cast, molded or stamped-out by the thousands.
Ordering Options. In all, we offer six different Corner Radius Quick-Jigs. Each jig features two radius templates that can be used on either side of the jig. The smallest radius jig features 1/8” and 1/4” radii. The other five jigs increase radii in pairs in increments of 1/8”. The largest jig has both 1-3/8” and 1-1/2” radii. Purchase the Corner Radius Quick-Jigs individually or select the entire set and get all six in an American made, molded case with custom cut foam interior or a Systainer Case from Germany.

Once the deadline passes and orders are filled, the Corner Radius Quick-Jigs will be retired from our product line.
