OneTIME Tool - CORNER JIG 2012- Retired October 1, 2012
Woodpeckers Corner Jig - Cut Perfect Radius or Chamfered Corners Every Time.
Our Solid Aluminum Corner Jig Delivers Perfect Shapes Every Time. In most woodworking projects, success or failure lies in the details. That includes perfectly shaped corners on the tops for tables, cabinets and other furniture. And the most popular corner shapes are radiuses or chamfers (sometimes called “clipped corners”). These shapes look great when perfectly cut, but even a slightly misshapen corner, as often happens with a jigsaw, will spoil an otherwise great project.
Hand Held or Router Table Use. Our Corner Jig is designed for use at either a router table or when using a hand held router. When clamped in place the jig provides a large, flat and secure surface for your router base as you move a pattern cutting bit along the template's guiding edge. At the router table you simply hold a smaller workpiece in the jig and move them together against a bearing guided bit. It couldn't be easier.
How the Jig Works. Woodpeckers Corner Jig uses a hefty baseplate with 18 interchangeable template insert sizes and shapes available. Three socket-head screws precisely align and secure the template to the large base plate. The bottom of the base plate features a pair of precision machined indexing blocks making it virtually impossible to misalign your cut. Our Corner Jig is not only accurate, its fast and easy to use.
Wide Selection of Radius and Chamfer Sizes. Woodpeckers Corner Jig Sets provide a wide selection of both radius and chamfer sizes so you'll have just what you need right at your fingertips. Our Corner Jig Radius Set includes 12 templates ranging in size from 1/8” up to 1 1/2 ”. The Chamfer Jig Set has 6 templates from 1/4 ” to 1 1/2”. Select the Deluxe Corner Jig Set and get all 18 templates. All sets come in a case with custom fitted foam.
