Using a tape measure or ruler for the job is both tedious and leads to errors wasting time and material. Now, you can achieve dead-nuts accuracy with Woodpeckers Setup Blocks the first time and every time. Our blocks provide a physical reference for accuracy you not only see, but can feel!
Setup Blocks Offer a Wide Range of uses. Setup Blocks are the ticket when setting a bit or blade height or the critical setting of a machine’s fence. You’ll get fast and accurate results with Setup Blocks used at the table saw, router table, bandsaw or drill press. You can gauge the width of your dado stack to get that perfectly sized dado or rabbet when working with plywood.
Woodpeckers Setup Blocks Are Machined to 1/1000” Tolerance. Our Setup blocks are each 1/2” wide x 4” long, with the 1” block a generous 2” wide. Each block is precision machined from solid aircraft-grade aluminum using state-of-the-art CNC equipment to ensure our exacting tolerances. Every block is quality inspected then anodized for a lifetime of protection against staining and corrosion. The size of the block is clearly marked in large, easy to read numbers.
Choose the Setup Block Kit That Fits Your Needs. Over the years we’ve released Setup Blocks as a OneTIME Tool. If you already have a Woodpeckers 13-piece Standard Set, you should consider our 19-piece Expansion Set so you’ll have every block size from 1/32” to 1” in 1/32” increments. Or, you may want to start with our Standard Set that provides sizes to use in combination to gauge from 1/32” to 1” in 1/32” increments. We also offer a special ten-piece Metric Set. These sets are packaged in a molded plastic case with custom-cut foam interiors and a lift out tray.
You can get it all with our complete 42-piece Jumbo Deluxe Set that includes all sizes from 1/32” to 1” in 1/32” increments plus ten millimeter sized blocks. This Jumbo Deluxe Set can be ordered with a special Festool-style Systainer Case or our regular Woodpeckers molded plastic case. Both feature custom-cut foam interiors.
When They’re Gone, They’re Gone! Like all our OneTIME Tools, these Setup Blocks are only made to order. Order deadline is Monday, August 8, 2016. Once orders are filled, these tools will be retired from our product line.
