Projects look fully finished with the corners softened. Sometimes you want a little, sometimes you want a lot, but you always want “some”. Sharp corners are an invitation to chipped edges for the project and painful encounters when you bump into a piece. With Woodpeckers Radius Quick-Jigs you can forget your jig saw and belt sander routine and accurately create clean, precise radiused corners in seconds using your router table.
When We Say “Quick-Jig”, We Mean Really Quick. Woodpecker’s latest OneTIME Tool is so quick and easy to use you don’t even need a clamp, nail or screw to use it. Just select your radius, index the registration edges onto your workpiece, and use a bearing-piloted pattern bit to cut your stock to match the jig. Designed for safe use on a router table, you can literally hold the jig in perfect position with one hand while you guide your work along with the other. There are gentle curves at the beginning and end of each pattern for smooth lead in and exit of your cuts…no annoying start and stop marks that require extra sanding.
Get A Perfect Radius Every Time. With radii from 1/8” to 1-1/2” in 1/8” increments, you can forget searching through your collection of paint cans and jelly jars to find the curve that fits your project. You can easily “eye-ball” the finished look by simply dropping the different jigs in place. Each Radius Quick-Jig is meticulously machined to exacting tolerances from aircraft grade aluminum, anodized for surface protection and laser engraved with each radius clearly marked. As a OneTIME Tool you’re getting a tool custom machined just for you, not stamped out or injection molded by the thousands.
Ordering Options. Each jig has two radii and there are 6 jigs…a total of 12 available radii. If you’re in production and only need one or two sizes, they’re available individually. If you never know what you’re going to build next, the complete set is the way to go. We offer the set in a U.S. made molded plastic case or in a Systainer. Both have custom cut foam liners to protect your Quick-Jigs when they’re not in use.
These Radius Quick-Jigs are part of Woodpeckers OneTIME Tool program and are only made to order in our Strongsville, Ohio shop. Deadline to order yours is September 17, 2018. Once the deadline passes and orders are filled, the Radius Quick-Jigs will be retired from our product line. Delivery is scheduled for December, 2018.
