New! Blade Gauge 2.0 For Can’t Miss Saw Settings. Woodpeckers latest OneTIME Tool takes all the guesswork out of setting your table saw or miter saw to the angles you use all the time. Included in the Blade Gauge 2.0 Set are five different gauges with the most common angles, 90 / 45 / 22.5 in addition to the specific angles needed for the three different types of crown molding generally available, 31.62 / 33.86 / 35.26 / 30.0 / 38.24 and 25.81. Of course, the gauges can also be used at the table saw to set your blade tilt and miter gauge.
Hands-Free Gauging and More. With this Blade Gauge, you not only get gauges with precision, laser cut accuracy, you also get a clever and stout gauge holder so you can make machine adjustments with both hands free. Just hook the gauge into the captive slot on the bottom of the solid aluminum base then move it into position– that’s it!
Blade Gauges are individually laser cut from heavy, 16-gauge stainless spring steel. Each gauge is given a no-glare satin finish and has the angles laser engraved on both sides. The main angle is shown on each end and complimentary angles are engraved in their respective corners. For example, the 30° angle also displays the 60° acute and 120° obtuse angles.
Choose Blade Gauge For Either 10" Or 12" Blades, Or Get Both Sizes And Save. Blade Gauges for 10" and 12" saw blades are a generous 12" long. The width of the gauges vary to maximize angle contact with the blade. Angle contact for 10" blades is about 2-7/8". For 12” blades, angle contact is 4". Every Blade Gauge set will be delivered in a molded case with custom cut, protective foam interior. Order the Blade Gauge Deluxe Kit and get both 10" and 12" sets– 10 gauges in all with base– in a molded case.
When They’re Gone, They’re Gone! Blade Gauge is part of Woodpeckers OneTIME Tool program and they are only made to order. Deadline to place your order is Monday, April 25, 2016. Once the deadline passes and orders are filled, this tool will be retired from our product line. Delivery is scheduled for August, 2016. Like all Woodpeckers tools, the Blade Gauge is machined in our shop outside Cleveland, Ohio.
