Maple Burl Billets
We’ve wrestled a modest supply of absolutely stunning Maple Burl Billets from our supplier that caters to musical instrument makers. Due to bark inclusions, these billets have been considered B-grade and unsuitable for music instruments. Luckily for you, we’re making this stock of one-of-a-kind billets available to you at an incredible price. Each piece has a gorgeous appearance that can possess a range of figuring that includes burl eyes and wavy curls, and while the bark inclusions may not be great for a high-end guitar, cello, or a bassoon, the live-edge quality makes these billets all the more unique. Each billet is at least 1-1/2” thick, at least 18” long, and at least 6” wide.
