Magswitch Starter Kit

Your entryway into the Magswitch Workholding System, the Starter Kit includes the Universal Base, the Reversible Featherboard Attachment, and (2) MagJig 150s. 

Magswitch Universal Base

The centerpiece of the Magswitch Workholding System, the Universal Base allows you connect all of the Workholding System attachments and accessories. Easy to use and easy to install, the low profile design enables use on small surfaces including fences and small table tops. Works in conjunction with the MacJigs to secure the base to a steel or cast iron surface.

Magswitch MagJig

Magswitch’s patented on/off controlled magnetic clamp, the MagJig connects and mounts to the Universal Base and other Magswitch accessories to keep them strongly attached to steel or cast-iron surfaces, and they can also be used in custom fixtures. Choose from the MagJig 60 (delivers 60 lbs of force, fits 25mm holes), the Magjig 95 (delivers 95 lbs of force, fits 30mm holes), and the Magjig 150 (delivers 150 lbs of force, fits 40mm holes).

Magswitch Vertical Featherboard Attachment with Risers

The Vertical Featherboard Attachment acts like three tools in one. When used with the Magswitch Pro Featherboard, the vertical attachment can be mounted in a vertical position from the top for pressure down on the material at the same time the horizontal featherboard is holding the material against the fence. When set up in the stacked position using the risers, you get dual featherboard hold on the same horizontal plane which is ideal for tall material and added protection against kickbacks on vertical and horizontal planes. Mountable to the Reversible Featherboard Attachment, Universal Mounting Base, and MacJigs. 

Magswitch Reversible Featherboard Attachment

Mounts to the Universal Mounting Base and MagJigs and accommodates the Vertical Featherboard Attachment for an added dimension of safety and protection against kickbacks. It quickly sets up anywhere on a steel table or cast-iron fence and isn’t limited by the miter slot. The featherboard is reversible for left-hand and right-hand feeds, and its low-profile design makes for use on your smallest tables and fences.

Magswitch Dual Roller Guide

The Magswitch Dual Roller Guide is the ultimate third hand when you are doing the most difficult and dangerous woodworking projects on a bandsaw or general infeed and outfeed support on tables and fences. When resawing, the Dual Roller Guide will support tall panels and hold down long pieces of wood and keep them steady. The dual set of roller bearings provide firm yet smooth glide of wood through the saw blade and micro adjustment for fine turning to 90 degrees. The dual roller's low profile design allows for fast, strong set up anywhere on a steel table or cast iron fence, even on the smallest table. Mounts to the Universal Mounting Base and MagJigs.

Magswitch Resaw Guide

The Magswitch Resaw Guide provides roller bearing support for both firm and smooth gliding of wood through the blade when resawing. Ideal for use on bandsaws, oscillating spindle sanders, and disc sanders with infeed and outfeed support. It’s low profile design allows for use on the smallest of tables. Includes all required attachment hardware and micro adjustment for fine tuning to 90 degrees. Mounts to the Universal Mounting Base and MagJigs.

Magswitch 18” Universal Track

The Magswitch 18” Universal Track Attachment is truly universal and unlike any other Track wall on the market today. Mounts to the Universal Base and Mag Jigs and it’s mountable to miter gauges, fences, and miter saws for an extended fence, as well. You can make your own Jigs, fixtures, stops, fences, zero clearance fences and more. Accepts all standard mounting hardware. One side accepts all standard T-bolts and all 1/4” hex. The other side accepts all standard T-bolts, all 5/16” and Kreg clamps. Includes micro adjustable brackets for fine tuning to 90 degrees. Fast, strong set up anywhere on a steel table or cast Iron fence.
