Figured Maple is one of the most prized woods for table tops and other projects where the wood is the star. These slabs are kiln-dried and sanded to around 150 grit. We have taken the pictures after wiping some water on the slab to show off the grain pattern. The slabs were measured using the average across the board. Keep in mind that these are one-of-a-kind pieces. Wood is a natural product, and pieces may have checks or other inconsistencies. These are not considered defects. Thickness +/-1/8”.
