Build versatile jigs, fixtures and workbenches faster, easier and less expensively than ever before with Ultra-Shear's Solid Carbide T-Slot Router Bits. Adding the convenience of slotted track to a jig or bench usually involves inlaying expensive aluminum track.  But these bits cut perfect T-slot profiles directly in your material in a single pass (when using an adequate router). No messy epoxy, no tiny screws or bolts…just a perfect fitting, strong T-slot right where you want it. Bits available to fit track clamps and 1/4"-20 hex head hardware.

Build Jigs and Fixtures When You Need Them…Not When the T-Track Arrives

The US3054 Track Clamp Bit cuts a profile perfectly matched to the clamps used with track saws. These handy clamps started out as a way to secure track saw guide rails, but they soon became the “go to” clamp for holding stock down to modern workbenches. We make the Track Clamp Bit with our "Super-C" carbide blanks…an alloy specifically designed for heavy use in plywood and MDF.

The US5450TS 7/16" T-Slot Bit cuts slots perfectly matched to 1/4"-20 hex head hardware. Add handles, stops, fences and guides to your jigs and fixtures wherever you need them with hardware you can get anywhere (if you're like the rest of us, you probably already have bags of it in your shop). The 7/16" T-Slot Bit is available in your choice of Super-C or standard carbide. If you're an occasional jig builder, the standard carbide bit will save you some money and give you years of service. For heavy use, particularly in CNCs, go with the Super-C.

Both bits cut the T-profile and a topside chamfer in a single pass. You'll only need to cut a clearance channel if you're using a smaller router (1-1/2HP or smaller). The speed, convenience and economy of cutting T-slots, rather than embedding track, will enable you to build more convenient jigs whenever you need them…without waiting for track to arrive.

Like all Woodpeckers products, Ultra-Shear Solid Carbide T-Slot Bits are made right here in our Strongsville, Ohio, facility just south of Cleveland. Don’t settle for inferior quality imported bits to save money. Woodpeckers uses state-of-the-art CNC grinding equipment, the highest quality solid carbide blanks and ultra-fine grinding wheels to produce American-made router bits at extremely competitive prices. We’re confident you won’t find an American-made bit of the same design for less.

*NOTE: The Buy 2 or More Savings is offered when 2 or more of the same Bits are purchased.
