At 3/16" diameter, these bits handle the finest details of your projects. We use a pair of ball bearing pilots…instead of just one…to flow cleanly in and around intricate details and give you plenty of purchase against your pattern. And, these are true ball bearings, not brass bushings.
Imagine creating dozens of copies of your toys and gift items just by running the bearing against a plywood or MDF pattern. The spiral cutting geometry of these bits slices the wood fibers cleanly and directs the chips away from the cutting area. We have these 3/16" Flush Trims in cut lengths of 3/8", 9/16" and 3/4".
