American Made Quality at Factory Direct Pricing
Whether you make your own or buy them, patterns save you time and take the fit and finish of your projects to another level. Each piece you cut will be an exact duplicate…the more you make the more valuable using a pattern becomes. But pattern woodworking requires bits that cut cleanly and last. Ultra-Shear's 1/2" Carbide-Tipped Flush Trim Bits do both…and do it economically. From charcuterie boards to furniture components, there's an Ultra-Shear flush trim bit for every project.
Don’t settle for inferior quality imported bits to save money. Ultra-Shear starts with the highest quality carbide blanks and steel bodies. Then uses state-of-the-art CNC grinding equipment and ultra-fine grinding wheels to produce American-made router bits at extremely competitive prices. The days of paying extra for middle-man markups are over. Buy direct from the manufacturer and pocket the savings.
Like all Woodpeckers products, Ultra-Shear 1/2" Carbide-Tipped Flush Trim Bits are made right here in our Strongsville, Ohio, facility just south of Cleveland. We’re confident you won’t find an American-made bit of the same design for less.
