Stainless Steel Mini Square
For the second release from the OneTIME Tool Collector’s Vault, we're featuring one of our timeless classics made in an entirely different way. Our Mini Square was originally designed for checking chisels and plane irons while sharpening. But customers have found it valuable throughout the shop…checking small assemblies, setting up scroll saws and other small machines, checking jointed edges and dozens of other jobs that require a square you can comfortably keep with you all the time. We've had thousands of requests for this tool in stainless steel instead of anodized aluminum, so here you go. We're going to make a special run of the Mini Square machined from a solid stainless steel billet. These tools will only be made to order and will not be stocked.

We're finishing the Stainless Mini Squares with some new equipment we've recently invested in. The surfaces have a lustrous satin finish you'll find hard not to touch. Don't worry, though, the satin surface doesn't show fingerprints. At 1-1/8" x 2", inside dimension, it's just the right size to keep in your shop apron or jeans pocket to check things out whenever you need.
Like all Woodpeckers squares, the Stainless Mini Squares are held to a manufacturing tolerance of ±.0085° and guaranteed to stay there. If you ever find it outside that tolerance, return it for repair or replacement.
As a tool from the OTT Collector's Vault, the Stainless Mini Squares are only made to order. You can order yours through Monday, July 28, 2025. Each tool will have its date of manufacture machine-engraved into the face. Your square comes packaged in a gift box with a form-fitted base you can mount on the wall or add to a tool chest or workbench drawer.
