SEMBLE™ HD Parallel Jaw Clamps
More videos are available in the Video tab below.
Parallel jaw clamps distribute clamping pressure evenly over the entire jaw, keeping your project square as the glue sets. Now, SEMBLE takes the parallel jaw design even further with user-friendly adjustment, a reversible head and extra features that don’t cost extra.
The sliding jaw of the SEMBLE Parallel Jaw Clamp won’t free fall when used (or carried) vertically. Push the handle slightly toward the rail to move it toward the fixed jaw. Pull it slightly away from the rail to slide it away from the fixed jaw. In the center, it stays just where you put it. The wide footprint of both fixed and sliding jaws provide a stable base for the clamps on your bench.
SEMBLE™ HD Parallel Jaw Clamps
Instead of dimpling the end of the rail and making the sliding jaw a permanent fixture, SEMBLE uses a removable stop. Now you can remove the sliding jaw, reverse it, and use the clamp as a spreader. These clamps can exert over 1,500 lbs. of force, either in or out. The pads are 1-7/8” wide by 5-3/4” long with a generous 3-3/4" throat depth. The 1-1/8" x 3/8" rail is zinc-coated. That means glue squeeze-out pops right off after it dries and the bar resists corrosion, even in basement shops.
The 4-inch-long dual-durometer contoured handle has a raised contour that gives a powerful non-slip grip. When you need just that extra little bit of pressure, pivot the handle 90° giving you the leverage to get the job done. Replaceable pressure caps protect delicate surfaces, repel glue and resist paint and solvents. Two snap-on plastic standoffs keep your work 1/8″ above the rail to avoid stains from the interaction between steel, wood and glue.
Available in 12”, 24”, 31”, 40” and 50” clamping capacity. Sold in pairs.
