With superb stability, excellent strength properties, easy workability, and outstanding resistance to decay and rot, Teak, Tectona grandis, is one of the most desired lumbers in the world. Traditionally, Teak was grown in Asia, but it is now available from Latin America as well as being environmentally farmed and reforested.
