  1. Woodpeckers Domed Stainless Steel Cross Dowels

    A Design Element & Joinery System All-In-One.

For as long as cross dowels have been around , people have been trying to hide them—not always with great success. Here are some you won't want to hide, in fact, you'll want them right out front in your designs. Woodpeckers is now making bright-finished stainless steel cross dowels. Drill a through hole in your project and on the face side you'll have a slightly domed polished button. Tone down the shine a little and create a “brushed stainless” look with a quick rub with a non-woven abrasive like Scotch-Brite.

  3. Ultra-Shear Square Carbide Insert Tools
We make three square insert tools. The Full and Mid-Size use the same inserts and the Pen Size uses smaller inserts. If you’re turning bowls and furniture components, the Full-Size is your best choice. The Mid-Size is a great choice if you turn pizza cutters, duck calls, shaving brushes and other palm-sized projects. The Pen Size tools are the right choice for pens, lace bobbins, finials and other fine, delicate work. Learn More
  4. Ultra-Shear Pen Mill Ci – Carbide Inserts for Amazing Tool Life and Cleaner Cuts

Creating beautiful turned pens starts with carefully preparing the turning blank. Every pen kit on the market includes a brass insert tube that has to be glued into the blank. Then the blank needs to be trimmed perpendicular to and perfectly flush with both ends of the insert tube. The trimming process is fundamentally important to great results, but until now, the tools available to pen turners for that job have left a lot to be desired. Now Woodpeckers is introducing the Ultra-Shear Pen Mill Ci, a pen mill that effortlessly cuts every material pen turners use…and through mountains of pen blanks.

  9. Free Hand Guard
If you're doing free hand routing, you know how tricky it can be to start the cut. Router bits tend to spin the board and gouge the wrong edge when you start the cut. This often results in damage to your carefully shaped furniture parts. Starting Pins can help you gain control but don't offer dust collection or protection from flying chips. The new Woodpecker Free-Hand Guard does all these things in a well built, high quality form. Learn More
  10. Woodpeckers Combo Track
Woodpecker Combo Track is a combination of T-Track and T-Miter Channel. It's most common application is in router tables. By using this track instead of simple miter channel, you add the ability to easily attach feather boards as well as use cross slide fixtures like Coping Sleds and miter gauges. Learn More
