Hishika Flush Cutting Saw

One of the handier tools you will add to the shop this year. Specifically made for flush cutting plugs, wedges, dowels, etc. This small, precision Kugihiki Saw, made by the master saw makers in the Hishika factory, is up to the challenge for box makers, musical instrument makers and cabinetmakers. Handle is made of light Hinoki wood, bound with bamboo at the tang. The Kugihiki is used as a flush cutting saw. 28 TPI, 4-3/4"-long alloy steel blade is hardened to HRC52, and the saw’s overall length is 12-1/2".
