Curly Brown Maple 10BF Bundles

We’ve made a special purchase on some very attractive Curly Brown Maple. Brown maple wood and hard maple wood are both from maple trees.  Brown Maple comes from the heartwood of maple trees-- that’s the wood that’s closer to the center of the log. Hard maple comes from the sapwood of the maple, located in the outer rings of the tree log.  Brown maple wood is rich with a rainbow of brown shades that include browns, tans, whites and creams. The color can include light and dark streaks. This is kiln dried stock, skip planned and in random widths.  We’re offering this stock surfaced on two sides at a fraction of what you might pay in a typical hardwood retail store for “dressed” lumber. “Curly” is not a specific species but rather a grain pattern that can occur in almost all maples.  We’re offering this beautiful stock in 4' long, 10 board-foot bundles. That’s typically 5 boards just over 6" in width.  It has been professionally evaluated as “Cabinet” grade lumber, yielding no less than 66-2/3% clear.  Skip Planned to 15/16”.
