Unilift Router Lift

Introducing
our newest product, the Woodpecker UNILIFT. This new router accessory
is the first four post router lift, the first lift available in
1/16 Fast or 1/32 Fine pitch and the first lift with an interchangeable
router mounting plate. With pre-machined hole patterns for many
different routers, now virtually every router type can be adjusted
from above the table.
FOUR
POST SUPPORT
While most parallel plate style lifts try
to support routers from only one side and only two posts, the
Woodpecker UNILIFT provides support on both sides of your router
with four precision ground and polished steel posts.
CHOICE
OF PITCH
The new UNILIFT is available in either a
1/16 Fast Pitch or 1/32 Fine Pitch version. This means you now
have a choice of rapid height adjustment with 1/16” per revolution
and .002” per graduation or 1/32” per revolution and
.001” per graduation. No special tools required. Just pick
the style you prefer, and that’s what we’ll build for
you.
INTERCHANGEABLE
ROUTERS
The unique router mounting plate design
of the UNILIFT now makes it possible to easily interchange different
routers. By attaching a separate mounting plate to each router,
you can change routers in just a couple of minutes.3-3/4” RANGE
The new UNILIFT has 3-3/4” height adjustment
range. This is about 1” more then what most plunge routers
have.
SOLID
BRAKE
The new UNILIFT also features a rock solid
brake designed to firmly lock the router height position and prevent
unwanted height changes. Brake Wrench included.
CHAIN
DRIVE
Like the popular Precision Router Lift,
the UNILIFT is a chain drive device offering durable, slip free
transmission of the crank handle rotation.
SUPERIOR
PLATE
The UNILIFT is built on a cast, blanchard
ground 9.260" x 11.763" by 3/8” thick aluminum
tool plate. The plate has two spring-loaded temperature compensating
ball bearing plungers and eight threaded set screws for leveling.
With these easily accessible leveling screws, you won’t have
to wrestle underneath the table to level it. Plus, the ball bearing
plungers ensure that your router is against the table edge before
you begin cutting. They not only position the plate but also eliminate
vibration and heat related deformity.
By
machining a recess in the underside of the main plate, the effective
thickness added to the normal base of your router is 5/16”.
That’s at least 1/16” less then competitive plate type
lifts.
TWIST
LOCK RINGS
Included with each UNILIFT are three precisely
machined aluminum rings with. A 1” and 2-5/8” hole diameter
as well as a step ring for PC template guide bushings. WIDE COMPATABILITY

CRAFTSMANSHIP
Every part of the UNILIFT, from the precision
steel lift screws, the polished steel posts and the meticulously
machined aluminum rings are crafted to exacting levels of accuracy
rarely found in woodworking equipment. Many tolerances of the
UNILIFT are measured in .0001” increments.
This
accurate, ruggedly built tool will serve you for years. We guarantee
it, for life.
PATENTED
DESIGN
The patent pending Woodpecker UNILIFT is
manufactured by us, right here in our state-of-the-art metal working
facility. We make it, we sell it, and we stand behind it. Because
we sell direct, you don’t have to pay for multiple levels
of distribution. For the price of your average router lift, you
now can treat yourself to above average quality. Invest in the
best. You won’t just like it, you’ll love it.
UNILIFT or PRL?
If your router will fit either the Woodpecker PRL or UNILIFT, pick the PRL. Why? Simple, the PRL enables above the table bit changes without the use of a bit extension.
