One Time Run Setup Blocks

Setup Blocks are the go-to gauge when you need a accurate physical reference for a setup. The smaller the dimension, the greater the importance of accuracy. If you're measurement is off by 1/32th across 4 feet, it probably doesn't matter much. If you're off by 1/32th across a 1/2", that's a proportionately bigger deal.

That's where Woodpeckers precision machined Setup Blocks come in. Whether you need to space your rip fence 1/16th from the saw blade or want to limit a flat bottomed hole to leave exactly 3/8” of material, an accurate setup block is the easiest way to make that happen.

All Woodpeckers Setup Blocks are 1/2" wide by 4" long and come in a variety of thicknesses as well as both inch and metric. Each block is CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum, anodized and engraved with clearly readable markings. Thickness and width are accurate to at least .001”.

Four different sets are available, 6, 7 and 13 pc inch sets and a 7 pc metric set. The following table provides more detail.
