By combining the benefits of a saddle square with the precision of a T-Square you have the best of both worlds. The saddle square feature makes it possible to draw razor accurate lines on both the face and edge of your work piece without having to move a thing. Imagine how much simpler it'll be to cut a board to length when you can see the line from two sides.

Now imagine being able to instantly place your pencil an exact distance from a board's edge and draw a perfectly straight line while maintaining that exact distance. That's made possible by a series of perfectly machined, 1 mm diameter holes spaced 1/32” apart (1 mm spacing for the metric version). Say hello to super accurate layouts and better joinery!
