Router Table Top - 32" x 53"

This 32" x 53" offset style router table is the largest router table of its type and is designed for use with the 25" Incra LS Router Fence System. Its dimensions allow for substantial work surface and support for routing large cabinet and furniture components including bigger flat work like raised panel doors.

The 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" router opening is centered in the 32" direction and set back 15” from the front edge thus providing 480 sq inches of work surface. Mounting holes are pre-drilled and counter bored for easily mounting the 25” Incra LS SuperSystem. No other hardware is required to mount this router fence to the table.

The core of the router table is solid 1" thick MDF and full thickness industrial grade phenolic laminate on both the top and bottom bringing the overall thickness to about 1-1/8". The completed lamination is then pressed under 50-tons of pressure and heated to ensure thorough bonding and leveling.

The table is then CNC machined to create the router plate opening and other features like the dado for the T-Track Miter Channel, router fence mounting holes and radiused corners.

The outside edges are heat sealed with durable PVC edging.

To achieve maximum flatness, we recommend a robust series of braces to support and stiffen this large table top. Our wide steel leg set when used in conjunction with the optional braces provide this level of support.
