Router Table Top - 27" x 43"

This 27" x 43" offset style router table is one of our larger router tables and is designed for use with the 24" Incra Jig Ultra or 17" Incra LS Router Fence Systems. Its dimensions allow for greater work surface and support for routing larger cabinet and furniture components.

The 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" router opening is centered in the 27" direction and set back 13” from the front edge thus providing 351 sq inches of work surface. Mounting holes are pre-drilled and counter bored for the Incra Twin Linear, 24” Incra Jig Ultra and the 17” Incra LS SuperSystem. If attaching the Incra Jig Ultra, we recommend using the Steel Ultra Base (sold separately). The core of the router table is laminated from two separate 5/8” layers of MDF and full thickness industrial grade phenolic laminate on both the top and bottom and then pressed under 50-tons of pressure and finally heated to ensure thorough bonding and leveling. The table is then CNC machined to create the router plate opening and other features like the dado for the T-Track Miter Channel, router fence mounting holes and radiused corners. The outside edges are heat sealed with durable PVC edging. To achieve maximum flatness, we recommend a robust series of straight braces to support and stiffen this router table. Our wide steel leg set provides the need level of support.
