Quick Lift 420A (Aluminum) Router Lift

Introducing the new Woodpecker Quick-Lift QL414A and QL-420A.

The Woodpecker Quick-Lift is the first router lift to offer instant elevation change to dramatically reduce the time it takes to change a router bit.

This new router lift works better and faster with its patent pending quick release mechanism which now makes it possible to instantly raise the router, router bit and chuck up above the table for easy access and quick bit changes.

With barely a ¼ turn of the lift wrench, the router is free to be moved to any vertical location without a single turn of the crank handle. When fine adjustments are needed, the precision 32 pitch screw and matching adjustable engraved scale make it simple to set the bit height with thousandth of an inch accuracy. The new scale can also be re-zeroed to any starting location.

This combination of rapid elevation change and micro-fine adjustability will save you time and increase the accuracy of your entire table based routing operations.

The QL414A and QL420A are available in three different plate sizes with some featuring eight fine thread leveling screws and two adjustable side plungers for a perfect fit in your table.

The carriage, motor clamp and the three Twist-Lock Rings are accurately machined from solid aircraft grade aluminum. The top plate is cast and ground aluminum “jig” plate offering superior stiffness and rigidity. Any of these heavy-duty quick lifts are designed for the most demanding routing operations with large 1.025” ground and polished steel posts and precision machined guide bearings. The QL414A fits the Milwaukee 5625 and the QL420A fits the Porter-Cable 7518.

Each Quick-Lift comes with three TwistLOCK rings, a threaded starting pin, spanner wrench, speed crank and lift wrench.
