Ringed Phenolic Router Mounting Plate

Since the mid 1990's, our ringed phenolic plate has set the standard for router table inserts. Unlike polycarbonate or acrylic plates, our phenolic plate remains true under all operating temperatures. Won't sag even in the hottest shops.

Each plate is machined in a CNC milling machine to exacting tolerances to give you a perfect fit with our tables. Eight threaded set screws are provided to simplify leveling. A temperature compensating ball bearing plunger keeps the insert calibrated against the reference edge from the very first cut.

9.26" x 11.763" x 3/8" with four individually flattened aluminum rings, 3", 2", 1" and a 1-3/16" guide bushing ring included. Available pre-drilled for your router or can be drilled with common twist drills by user.
