Incra Gauge

The Incra Gauge is a tried and true tool for quickly and accurately setting the height of your router bit, saw blade and drill bits. Developed in the early 90's, the Incra Gauge is based on the patented incremental teeth utilized in the original Incra Jig.

What do these intermeshing teeth do? They deliver repeatable accuracy within a couple thousandths of an inch. That's a whole lot better than what one can accomplished with the naked eye.

This unique tool also makes a great layout tool for tenons, mortises, cabinet hardware and holes. Both the original Incra Gauge as well as the General brand Ultra Gauge are produced by Taylor Design Group, the makers of the Incra Jig. Functionally, they are identical.
