STANDARD 1-5/8” FLUTE DRILL BIT
This 1/8” drill bit is ideal for shorter hinges 4” in length. Use of a peck style drilling process will help to reduce chip pack and pressure which may cause wooden hinges to split. Drill bit manufactured with 1-5/8” of flute with the remainder of the 6” overall length left solid.

MEDIUM 3” FLUTE DRILL BIT
This 1/8” drill bit is ideal for medium length hinges up to 8” in length. Drill bit manufactured with 3” of flute length and is 5-3/8” long.

LONG 9” FLUTE DRILL BIT
This 1/8” drill bit is the best solution for making extra long hinges up to 21” in length. Drill bit manufactured with 9” of flute length and is 12” long.
