Bevel Triangles

An accurate triangle can be a very useful woodworking tool. The shape of a triangle is self supporting and if machined accurately, will maintain that accuracy through a life time of use. Woodpeckers Bevel Triangles are machined from cast jig and fixture tool plate which is an extremely stable material making it ideal for precision tools.

Not only is it square to at least .001” along either leg, the 45 degree angle is equally precise. All three edges are beveled to a 30 degree angle which helps to reduce parallax when aligning the marks to a pencil line. The two 90 degree legs are laser engraved with either inch or metric scales in increments of 1/16th or 1mm depending on the style. The long leg features a center scale with zero in the middle.

The 6” (150mm) Bevel Triangle is the perfect size for setting up machinery and making drawers and boxes. The 12” (300mm) and 18” (450mm) are best suited for cabinetry. Each Bevel Triangle comes in a fitted wall mountable wooden case to protect it and keep it conveniently in view. Made in our own shop just outside of Cleveland, Ohio.
