Woodpeckers was established in September of 1988. Our focus has always been woodworking tools. Up until 2004 we focused on demonstrating tools at woodworking shows throughout the U.S. Since 1993 we've been manufacturing router tables and router mounting plates. Starting with little more than a few routers we've grown into a full fledge manufacturer of router lifts, router fences, measuring & layout tools and many useful clamping accessories. We do our own machining, engraving, assembly and packing. We take pride in the fact that our tools are truly made in the U.S.A.
Woodpeckers offers shipping via USPS and UPS Ground or Air. (Because of their size, some packages can only be shipped via UPS). Shipping rates are simple, we charge current UPS/USPS rates. No additional handling charge. International customers will be responsible for any additional customs,
duties, or taxes charged through customs.
Although we make every effort to ensure the shipping cost illustrated by
our web site is accurate, sometimes it is not. We reserve the right to
make corrections. In addition, splitting up orders into multiple shipments
will generally result in increased shipping charges.
Shipments to Canada: Customers will be responsible for any additional
customs, duties, or taxes charged through customs. Although Postal
Delivery is an option, delivery times can not be assured and are often
substantially longer than quoted. We do not guarantee Canadian deliveries
and cannot be responsible for items shipping to a non-U.S. address.
Please note: Incra products ship directly from the manufacturer. Please
allow an extra 2 weeks for delivery once the order is processed.
One Time Tool or Pre sale orders will be held until all items are in stock. If you would like available items shipped separately, please let us know in the comments section. Your account will not be charged until items are shipped (does not apply to Paypal).
Returns for a full refund are honored within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be in original packaging as well as any additional
packaging necessary to protect from shipping damage. All shipping
costs are the responsibility of customer. No returns on videos,
books or cutting tools. Returns after 30 days but less than 90
days will incur a 15% restocking charge. No returns after 90 days.

You can shop worry-free 24 hours a day on our web site. We do not
collect personal information when you visit our site unless you
place an order. When you place an order, we will ask you for the
following personal information: your name, e-mail address, mailing
address, phone number, and your credit card number and its expiration
date. This information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) technology, the approved industry standard to ensure your
privacy. We may use your personal information to contact you for
account purposes. We do not share, sell, rent or barter any personal
information to any third party.
DOES WOODPECKERS TAKE PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS?
Yes. If you have an idea of a tool you've always wanted but can't find, let
us know. It might be something we're already working on or would consider
adding to our development schedule.
Does Woodpeckers Pay Royalties?
Depends. At the very least you'd get one of the tools for no charge or in
some cases you'll get a check for a certain percentage of sales for a
limited amount of time.
How much depends on how much of the development cost you've already covered
before bringing the idea to us. Anyone whose had prototypes made thru the
numerous iterations it usually takes to perfect an idea knows that can
easily cost many thousands of dollars. (By the way, it doesn't cost us any
less. In fact if we have to shut down production to run prototypes it can
cost quite a bit more than what a dedicated prototype shop charges).
Another factor is whether you have an issued patent with solid, enforceable
claims. This takes time and money. The reality is that it isn't difficult to
get a patent however it's difficult to get one with useful claims.
If you don't have a patent, we're still interested. As long as an active
patent doesn't exist we might still want to develop the idea because it is
something we think enough people would like to cover the risk and cost.

Send us a brief description, sketch or picture. We'll give you an honest
answer as quick as we can as to whether it's something we can help with.
Keep in mind we have a number of people that do nothing but develop
woodworking tool ideas so there's always a chance we're working on something
