WHO ARE WE?
Woodpeckers started in the fall of 1988. Our focus has always been woodworking tools. Since the early 90’s, we have been Incra’s exclusive demonstrators of anything Incra at all U.S. woodworking shows.

That continues to be our focus, along with the development of associated tools like Router Tables, Stands and Cabinets and most recently the Precision Router Lift, Unilift and PlungeLIFTS. We manufacture the finest lifts available for the widest variety of routers. All guaranteed for life.

SHIPPING POLICY

Woodpeckers offers shipping via UPS Ground or Air as well as Parcel Post.  (Because of their size, some packages can only be shipped via UPS).  Shipping rates are simple, we charge current UPS rates.  No additional handling charge.  Canadian customers will be responsible for any additional customs, duties or taxes charged through customs.

Although we make every effort to ensure the shipping cost illustrated by our web site is accurate, sometimes it isn't.  We reserve the right to make corrections, and of course we'll notify you of any changes before we process your order.

RETURN POLICY
Returns for a full refund are honored within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging as well as any additional packaging necessary to protect from shipping damage. All shipping costs are the responsibility of customer. No returns on videos, books or cutting tools. Returns after 30 days but less than 90 days will incur a 15% restocking charge. No returns after 90 days.
